Thermoforming is a process of molding plastic. First, we heat the plastic to soften it, then we form it over an aluminum molded surface using air and/or vacuum pressure. We then cool the sheet, remove it from the mold, and cut out its finished pieces on inline thermoformers. We recycle our excess plastic.
From design to mold to forming, it’s the attention to fine detail that creates your successfully packaged product.
