When you need custom thermoforming, you need prototypes that work.
For most designs, your project will reach the prototype stage in a few days to a week. A formed sample can be made using the prototype in different materials for your evaluation. Once the samples meet your approval and we receive your order, we proceed to the manufacturing phase. It typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to manufacture your products and have them ready for shipment. When production samples are approved we move forward quickly to run the job. You’re involved at every step of the process. Many of our current customers require Just-In-Time (JIT) shipments, so we work closely with your production personnel to determine the appropriate amount of inventory needed.

Production samples must pass our own in house QC before we send them out for your approval. Once we receive written approval from you, we put your order into production.
